Yes, you can easily get around wired.com paywall with these FOUR (4) methods.

METHOD ONE: Clear Browser Cookies

This method you do not have to install anything onto your browser.

I called it the Click-And-Click Trick.

This is what you do:

1. When you reach your sixth article, you will be blocked by a gray colored box with the remark:

"Continue reading this article with a WIRED membership."

2. Move your mouse cursor to "History" at the menu bar at the top of your computer screen.

3. Then click on "Clear Recent History..."

Note: Make sure the "Cookies" under "History" is checked (with a tick in the box).

4. Click on "Clear Now" button.

5. Then click on the "Reload current page" icon on the address bar. (Next to Firefox Home Page icon)

5. It will reload the blocked page.

6. Now you can read the article without any obstruction.

7. You can resume reading another four free articles.

8. When you reach the free-article limit, you will be blocked again.

9. Then you repeat the Click-And-Click Trick again.

10. In short, you clear the browser cookies and then reload the page.

Note: This method also WORKS for Google Chrome.

METHOD TWO: Bypass Paywalls Extension

For this method, you just install this free Bypass Paywalls Firefox extension onto your Firefox browser.

This is what you do:

1. Get this free Bypass Paywalls Firefox extension.

2. When you are at the site, scroll down a little, and click on "Download and install the latest version".

3. When you click on it, a menu will pop up.

4. Click "Continue to Installation".

5. The bypass paywall extension will be installed onto your Firefox browser right away.

6. You will see the small Bypass Paywalls extension icon on the Firefox address bar, as shown below.

7. That's all you need to do.

8. Now you can read all available article of Wired site in peace, without the subscription box bothering you.

METHOD THREE: Firefox Temporary Containers Extension

This one is similar to the Method Two.

You need to install a Firefox extension or add-on.

This is what you do:

1. Installed the Firefox Temporary Containers extension.

2. After you have installed it, you can start reading wired.com unlimited articles right away.

3. You RIGHT CLICK on the article title.

4. A menu pops up next to the article title.

5. Move your mouse cursor to the "Open link in new Temporary Container tab".

7. It will open a new tab with the article which you have selected.

8. To read the next article, again you RIGHT CLICK on the article title.

9. Then click on "Open link in new Temporary Container tab".

10. The new article will appear without any hitch.

Note: This extension CANNOT be installed onto Google Chrome.

METHOD FOUR: Via Outline.com

You can use this free tool to read all the Wired site articles.

First you need to copy out the article URL from wired.com.

This is how you do it:

1. Move your mouse cursor over the article title.

2. Right click on your mouse.

3. A menu pops up.

4. Left click on "Copy Link Location".

5. Now go to OUTLINE site.

6. Paste the article URL onto the space provided, below "ENTER ARTICLE URL".

7. Then click on the "CREATE OUTLINE" green button

8. It will outline the article.

9. Once it is completed, the Wired online article will appear.
