How To View Images In United States Patent and Trademark Office Website

Do you know in United States Patent and Trademark Office website (uspto.gov) is a good source of finding secrets of magic tricks or even stage illusions and also patents of Google's algorithms?

Those days, you could just go to the website, you could read the full texts and view the accompanying images. But now, you cannot view the drawings or images when you click on "Images" button. 

You need to install TIFF Image Viewers and Plug-Ins.

This is what you do:

1. Go to: http://www.uspto.gov/faq/plugins/tiff.jsp

2. Then make your selection.

If you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape, then select this:http://www.internetiff.com

If you are using Apple, then go to: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/

For those using Linux, then go to: http://fredrik.hubbe.net/plugger.html

3. If you want a free version then click "TRY before BUY".

4. After installing, you need to restart your computer.

Now you should be able to view the images from the patent site.
