When you create a Google Adwords account, it is stated clearly this:
Your time zone and currency settings can't be changed after you set up your account.
Please review your choices carefully and then click 'Continue.'
Solution: You need to create another new Google Adword account account.
This time make sure the currency setting is to your preference, before you click "Continue".
