The other day, someone wrote to me and asked me whether I understand the Blogger TOS thoroughly? Well, frankly speaking I just know what I read. That's all.
I must admit, I am using Blogger at the risk of being deleted too, like many of you out there. For example if this blog happens to contravene Blogger TOS or being labeled as a spam blog, you may not be able to read this blog again.
For those of you who are worried that your blog could be unreasonably deleted, then what you should do is either you backup your Blogger blog or get your own domain and host it on those paid hosting provider.

UPDATED Feb 2015 : Adult Content Blogger
Another question which many of you might to know is, whether Blogger allow to publish afult content.As from Feb, 27, 2015, Blogger allows adult content.
CANNOT: On 23rd March 2015, Google decided to ban all sexually explicit content from Blogger.
CAN: Then a few days later (27 February 2015), Google changed its adult content policy. Now you are allowed to publish adult content in Blogger.
But you are required to have a warning that reads: “The blog that you are about to view may contain content only suitable for adults.”
