I am talking about Yesware. With this tool, you can get alerts each time someone opens an email or clicks on a link. Plus you know precisely when to follow up with your clients and prospects.
You can know where in the world your message is being viewed and also know what device that prospects are using to open your email.
1. Go Yesware.
2. Click on "Add Yesware to Gmail button.
3. A pop-up appears. Click on "Allow".
4. Another menu box appears. Click on "Install Now".
5. Two steps which you need to do. Step 1: click on Login to Google.
6. Google login box appears. Now sign in to your Google account.
7. Then a new paper appears with this remark: "The site yesware.com is requesting access to your Google Account for the product(s) listed below:
Gmail
Google Contacts
Google is not affiliated with yesware.com, and we recommend that you grant access only if you trust the site.
If you grant access, you can revoke access at any time under 'My Account'. yesware.com will not have access to your password or any other personal information from your Google Account. Learn more."
8. Click on "Grant access" button.
9. Then a page appears that says:"Thank you for authenticating".
10. Go to step 2: Click on "Visit Gmail" button.
11. You should see Yesware horizontal band above your email with the remark: "Send a Tracked Email" and a green box on the right hand side with the word: "prospects".
12. Click on the "Send a Tracked Email" and Yesware will send you amail to test it out.
