There is no option for you to edit your tweets after you have published or submitted. In other words, you CANNOT edit them. You just have to delete it away and retwit or rewrite.

Just click "Delete" which is below your tweet. And a box will pop up and asks you: "Are you sure you want to delete this tweet?" Click "Yes".
