What you do when you cannot delete document(s) in queue in your printer. First you have to find Print Spooler.
1. Click "Run". Type services.msc into the empty space. Then click "OK".

2. A box pops up, scroll down to look for "Print Spooler". Click on it.
3. Click "Stop" of "Stop the service". Then click on "Print Spooler" again. And click "Restart of "Restart the service".
After you have done above, go back to Devices and Printer.
Put your cursor over your printer's name and it will show you whether there is any more document in queue.
Or you can double click on the the name of your printer to check for unprinted document still stuck in your printer.
