You help a friend to create a Blogger/Blogspot blog with your own Blogger account, and then you want to hand over the blog completely to him or her.
In other words, you want to transfer the newly setup blog to your friend. You want him or her to be the blog administrator or owner.
Firstly your friend MUST have a Google Account. If he/she still hasn't got it, then ask him to go this link and open an account with Google.
Next you need your friend's email address. As for the email address, it doesn't matter it is a hotmail or Yahoo.
This is what you do:
1. Go the Dashboard of your Blogger account.
2. Go to "Settings". Look for "Permission" and "Blog Authors".
3. Click on "+Add authors". An empty box will drop down.
4. Type your friend's email address in the blank box. Then click on "Invite authors" button below.
5. Next click on "open invitation" and you should see your friend's email address listed there.
6. Now click on your friend's email address. Launch Application box pops up. Select any one of the email applications which you have. Then click "OK".
7. Sign in to your email account and it will open a new message page with your email address ready for you to be sent.
8. Fill up the detail and write a short note to inform your friend about the invitation in the email. Then click "send".
9. Your friend should receive an email inviting him/her to contribute as shown below.
XXXX has invited you to contribute to the blog.
(Name of the new blog)

To join this blog as an author, accept the invitation by signing in with your Google Account here.

10. Your friend has to sign in with his/her Google Account. At this moment your friend does not have to post anything as yet. Just has to sign in to acknowledge your invitation.
11. Now, on your part, you open your Blogger account and go to "Settings".
12. You should see your email address as "Admin" and your friend's email address as "Author" inside the Blog Authors box a shown below.
13. Click on the small reversed triangle besides "Author" and a list drop down saying: "Admin" and "Author".
14. To change your friend to become as the Admin, you click on "Admin" which is next to your friend's email address.
15. Now you should see both your email address and your friend's email address as "Admin" as shown below.
17. When you do that, immediately the blog will disappear from your Blogger account.
18. So, now your friend is having the blog all to himself or herself.
